1:1 Sessions
You leave knowing what is actually in the way, and what your next step is.
See how it worksThirteen years running growth and strategy at the top of fintech taught me one half of that read. Years of deep inner work taught me the other. I do not separate them. It is one way of seeing.

From where everyone else is standing, it is working. The role, the record, the way you hold a room. You have done the achievements and the courses, maybe therapy too. It helped. It did not resolve.
Underneath there is something that has not moved in a long time. You can feel it in the decisions you keep almost making, in the energy it now takes to do what used to be easy, in the quiet sense that you have outgrown where you are and have not said it out loud.
You are not looking for motivation or another model to apply. You want someone who can see what is actually there and say it plainly.
Before anything else
I spent over a decade as an operator in fintech and crypto, running growth and strategy and doing chief of staff style work in the space between a founder's vision and what the company could actually execute. That is where I learned to read why things stop working.
The inner work came later and went just as deep. That decade of shipping products under pressure is why founders, operators and financial professionals trust me with it. This work makes sense to people who would never walk into a wellness space.
Why people hire me
I read people and systems at the same time. Most consultants see the system. Most healers see the person. I read both, and I was an operator first, so this work makes sense to people who would never walk into a wellness space.
I say the honest thing. I hold space for what you bring, and then I give you a real answer, including the question you have been afraid to ask yourself. Most people who hold space stop there. I do not.
I stay in it with you. I go first and do the work alongside you, so you learn by doing rather than by being advised.
What it feels like
Capable people are used to being skimmed. In a meeting, in a pitch, often in a relationship. You learn to hand over the shortened version because the full one takes too long and lands wrong. So the first thing that happens here is physical. Someone is listening to what you actually mean rather than what is convenient to hear, and your body notices before your head does. The careful answer stops. The true one comes out.
I do not treat that as the method working. It is what happens when a person is heard properly, and it is the condition for everything that follows. We can only move something that is actually on the table.
Afterwards people describe it the same way. Held, not managed. You do not leave feeling like a case or a project to be progressed. You leave steadier, and clearer about something you had been circling for a long time.
What you get
Someone who sees you clearly, an honest read on what is actually running the pattern, and clarity about what is in the way. You leave with a next step that is yours rather than advice you have to force yourself to follow, and with the ability to catch the pattern the next time it starts.
A clear diagnosis of why the thing is not working, a structure put in place so the answer does not live in one person's head, and a team taught by doing to keep it going without me. The point is a team that no longer needs the person who called me.
You leave knowing what is actually in the way, and what your next step is.
See how it worksYour team finds out why the thing keeps happening, and learns to keep the fix going without me.
Talk about a project
People come to me because I have run things. A decade inside fintech and crypto taught me how decisions really get made and how quickly a capable person can stop trusting themselves. The inner work taught me where that loss begins. I bring both into the same room, so you are never asked to leave your judgement at the door.
